Members of Herstmonceux Parish Council are summoned
to a meeting of Herstmonceux Parish Council to be held at 7.30pm on Monday 18 July 2005
at the Village Hall, Herstmonceux.

Prior to the meeting, the public shall be permitted to submit questions and make
statements. This item shall last not more than 15 minutes or at Chairman’s discretion
and no contribution shall last more than 3 minutes.

Primary Care Trust.
- Parish Plan – to receive a report on the progress of the Parish Plan.
- Quality Parish Council Status – to discuss progress.
- MUGA Artificial Pitch on Recreation Ground – to receive an update on the progress
of the project.
- Affordable Housing – to receive an update on the proposed Affordable Housing in the
parish.
- Clerk’s Report (circulated to all councillors) – to act and comment on
correspondence received.
