Members of Herstmonceux Parish Council are summoned to a meeting of Herstmonceux Parish Council to be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 18^th April 2006 at the Village Hall, Herstmonceux.

Prior to the meeting, the public shall be permitted to submit questions and make statements. This item shall last not more than 15 minutes or at Chairman’s discretion and no contribution shall last more than 3 minutes.

5.       To receive the Financial Officer’s Report and Accounts for payment.
6.       Doctor’s Surgery – to receive an update on progress of discussions with Primary Care Trust.
7.       Quality Parish Council Status – to discuss progress.
8.       Affordable Housing – to receive an update on the proposals for Affordable Housing in the parish.
9.       Annual Review of Standing Orders and Financial Regulations.
10.  Clerk’s Report (circulated to all councillors) – to act and comment on correspondence received.
