Members of Herstmonceux Parish Council are summoned
to a meeting of Herstmonceux Parish Council to be held at 7.30pm on Monday 18 April
2005 at the Village Hall, Herstmonceux.

Prior to the meeting, the public shall be permitted to submit questions and make
statements. This item shall last not more than 15 minutes or at Chairman’s discretion
and no contribution shall last more than 3 minutes.

2. To confirm the minutes of meeting held on 21st March 2005.
3. Matters arising from minutes.
4. To receive the Financial Officer’s Report and Accounts for payment.
5. Declaration of Interests on the agenda items below.
6. Planning Matters - to consider planning applications and planning matters.
Report from Planning Committee circulated to all
councillors.
7. Doctor’s Surgery - to receive an update on progress of discussions with Primary Care
Trust.
8. Parish Plan — to receive a report on the progress of the Parish Plan.
9. Quality Parish Council Status - to discuss progress.
10. Annual review of Standing Orders.
11. Review of remit of committees.
12. Bus shelters and signs in the parish - to discuss any repairs and/or cleaning needed.
13. To discuss the management of the all-weather pitch on Recreation Ground.
14. Clerk’s Report (circulated to all
councillors) - to act and comment on
correspondence received.
