Members of Herstmonceux Parish Council are summoned to a meeting of Herstmonceux Parish
Council to be held at 7.30pm on Monday 17th October 2005 at the Village Hall,
Herstmonceux.

Prior to the meeting, the public shall be permitted to submit questions and make
statements. This item shall last not more than 15 minutes or at Chairman’s discretion
and no contribution shall last more than 3 minutes.

2. To confirm the minutes of meeting held on 19th September 2005.
3. Matters arising from minutes.
4. To receive the Financial Officer’s Report and Accounts for payment.
5. Declaration of Interests on the agenda items below.
6. Presentation of awards in the South and South East in Bloom
Competition.
7. Doctor’s Surgery – to receive an update on progress of
discussions
with Primary Care Trust.
8. Quality Parish Council Status – to discuss progress.
9. MUGA Artificial Pitch on Recreation Ground – to receive an update on
the progress of the project.
10. Parish Plan – to receive recommendations from the Parish Plan
Implementation Group.
11. Estimates 2006/7 – to discuss items to be included in Estimates.
12. Affordable Housing – to discuss the extended proposals for
Affordable Housing in the parish.
13. Report (circulated to all councillors) – to act and comment on
correspondence received.
