Members of Herstmonceux Parish Council are summoned to a meeting of Herstmonceux Parish
Council to be held at 7.30pm on Monday 19th September 2005 at the Village Hall,
Herstmonceux.

Prior to the meeting, the public shall be permitted to submit questions and make
statements. This item shall last not more than 15 minutes or at Chairman’s discretion
and no contribution shall last more than 3 minutes.
1. Apologies and reasons for absence.
2. To confirm the minutes of meeting held on 15th August 2005.
3. Matters arising from minutes.
4. To discuss consultation on traffic calming in Herstmonceux – this will be a
confidential discussion and the press and public will be excluded for this item.
5. To receive the Financial Officer’s Report and Accounts for payment.
6. Declaration of Interests on the agenda items below.
7. Doctor’s Surgery – to receive an update on progress of discussions with
Primary Care Trust.
8. Quality Parish Council Status – to discuss progress.
9. MUGA Artificial Pitch on Recreation Ground – to receive an update on the progress
of the project.
10. Queen’s Award for Voluntary Organisations – to discuss whether the Council
wishes to nominate any organisation in the parish.
11. Report (circulated to all councillors) – to act and comment on correspondence
received.
