THE LDSF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
next meets on Wednesday 4 November 2009 at 10am in the Phoenix Centre, Lewes

all members are welcome at all committee meetings. Members' questions and comments will be taken at the beginning of the meeting, but members are welcome to stay for the whole of the meeting.

coffee, tea and biscuits provided - no charge

come with a friend or neighbour - carers welcome
Forum membership not required

LDSF invites the over 50s of Plumpton to discuss
ways to make life better in the local community.
Bring your problems and concerns to the attention of the Forum's Committee.

Caryl Ganley will take questions about the
ESCC Adult Social Care Navigator service

including the Handy Man service
The Navigator service is a free service aimed at helping people aged 60 and over
to live independently at home for as long as they choose.

Ellen Cranton
will take questions about the
Falls Prevention Service.

free transport is available for those with mobility problems
